This guide was created with the intention to provide accurate and current information and updates for known access problems or planned maintenance affecting library electronic resources (eBooks, eJournals and databases). For assistance regarding the MSU Portal or other IT specific issues when accessing the library's electronic resources, please visit the IT page here.

AdAge & DataCenter

Resolved

Access to AdAge Online & DataCenter is currently unavailable. The library is aware of the issue and is working with the vendor to restore access.

EBSCOhost

Resources

Resolved

When using EBSCOhost Research Databases or EBSCO eBooks, patrons may experience slowdowns in their connection, or the connection timing out completely. The library is aware of the issue and is working with EBSCO to resolve it.

Primo When attempting to access electronic resources in PRIMO, the library's catalog, patrons may receive an error message and are unable to access the resource. If such an issue does occur, please submit an Error Report or contact the Reference Desk to notify the library of the issue.  Summer 2019

Upcoming Service Disruptions

To maintain access to the library's eResources, ongoing maintenance will occasionally take place. Listed below is scheduled upcoming maintenance sessions.

ProQuest's Ebook Central Ebook Central is moving to a new server. Patrons will not have access to holdings in Ebook Central from Noon to 8PM. June 26, 2021
