Trouble Logging in to Your WEPA Account?

For trouble logging in to your Wepa account, forgotten passwords, or a password reset, contact the IT Help desk by email at helpdesk@mwsu.edu or call 940-397-4278.

Paper & Toner Problems

Staff are notified by email when paper and toner are running low and make every effort to keep the stations stocked.

If you should experience a problem, please visit another Wepa station on campus to print.

Support & Contacts

Support and troubleshooting with printing from the WEPA kiosks is handled directly by the WEPA support staff. WEPA support is available Monday - Friday from 6 am to 6 pm, CST.
