Join us for free popcorn and a movie. We will be showing The Witch on October 26th at 7PM in the Library Atrium. A brief introduction provided by Jonathon Quam.

In this film, a Puritan family in 1630s New England are exiled from their village, and are haunted by unseen forces that live in the wilderness bordering their new home.  When their newborn son mysteriously vanishes and their crops fail, the family begins to turn on one another. Later, they fall victim to fear and paranoia as they accuse their teenage daughter of witchcraft. 'The Witch' is a chilling portrait of a family unraveling within their own sins, leaving them prey for an inconceivable evil.
