The MSU Archive, including the Faculty Collection, documents the university's history from Wichita Falls Junior College to Midwestern State University. Created by the university library, various campus departments, faculty, university presidents, alumni, students, and local citizens have donated items to the collection to document the history, culture, and people of Midwestern State University. Items in the collection include course catalogs, Wai-Kun, The Wichitan, campus publications, band, and athletic paraphernalia, building blueprints, faculty-published books, and various VHS tapes. The MSU Archive preserves the history of Midwestern State University from its inception to the present day and serves the university-related research needs of students and faculty. The Faculty Collection holds published books and papers written by previous and current faculty.
